New: value a property on the spot — the On-site app

Big news for agents and brokers: you can now value a property on the spot.

Our new On-site app turns every listing appointment into a valuation. Standing at the property with the owner, on your phone or tablet, you can:

• Drop a GPS pin at the door — it sets the exact market the property is priced against.
• Capture the characteristics and the spot's pros and cons, together with the owner.
• Snap photos right there.
• Value it there and then to guide the owner on price — or save it and run the full valuation, comparables report and investment pack back at the office.

• Transparent location pricing. A spot's pros and cons — a sea view, a parking problem, a noisy road — now move the value, and you can see exactly why and by how much.
• Re-value in one tap. Adjust the pros and cons on a property and re-price it instantly from the evidence already gathered — no new search, no credit.
• Honest, market-aware numbers. Market value, expected sale, a sensible offer and a stretch — set by how fast stock is actually moving, so the figure reflects the street rather than just the asking prices.
